Tablets
Tablets (5 or 10 Pack)
You can try 1 tablet from your mylar. If you’re not satisfied, the rest of the tablets must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your tablets to start a return. If eligible, you can have the money refunded to your original payment form or receive store credit.
Tablets (20 or 25 Pack)
You can try up to 3 tablets from your mylar. If you’re not satisfied, the rest of the tablets must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your tablets to start a return. If eligible, you can have the money refunded to your original payment form or receive store credit.
Tablets (50 Pack)
You can try up to 5 tablets from your mylar. If you’re not satisfied, the rest of the tablets must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your tablets to start a return. If eligible, you can have the money refunded to your original payment form or receive store credit.
Strips
Strips (5-Pack)
You can try 1 strip from your 5-Pack. If you’re not satisfied, the rest of the strips must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your strips to start a return. If eligible, you can have the money refunded to your original payment form or receive store credit.
Powder
We do not accept Powder on return regardless of the seal being intact. We do not offer refunds on Powders.
Start a Return
To begin the return process, reach out to customer support at [email protected]. Please include your order number so our team can quickly process your return. Once we’ve validated your claim, we will provide a return label for you to send back the items. We ask that you mail returns to us in a bubble mailer similar to the one you received from us.
Missing/Damaged Products
If you are missing or have received a damaged item, you will be asked to provide your order number so we can check our camera and locate your order being fulfilled. Please see our FAQ page for full instructions on how to submit your claim. Contact our customer service team to start this claim. Each claim of missing or damaged items will be reviewed within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee that all claims will be satisfied in the customer’s favor. Any person being found to file a fraudulent claim, will result in being prohibited from ordering with Kreleaf in the future.
Broken/Crushed Tabs
Customers will be required to return any broken or crushed tabs, at their expense, for reimbursement or replacement.
