Yes. Every batch of our powder and tablets undergoes comprehensive third-party laboratory testing. We verify alkaloid content (including Mitragynine and 7-OH levels) and screen for purity, heavy metals, and microbials to ensure you receive a clean, consistent product.
We ship to most locations where kratom is legal. However, due to local regulations, we cannot ship to certain states, counties, or cities. Please check our Shipping Policy page for a full list of restricted areas and other shipping details.

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product within 14 days for a refund or exchange. For more details, please visit our Refunds & Returns page.
If your order arrives with any missing or damaged items, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery for the claim to be valid.
When reaching out, your order number is required. Please also include a clear description of the specific item or items that are missing or damaged. We record video of each individual order to help verify and resolve claims accurately and fairly.
Once all required information has been received, your claim will be reviewed and resolved within 24 hours.
*Any person found to have filed a fraudulent claim will be prohibited from ordering with Kreleaf in the future.

*To receive replacement of crushed or broken tabs, customers will be required to return them to Kreleaf. We do not send out crushed or broken tabs. Quality control is conducted and verified by video.

Please follow these steps to submit a shortage claim. A video submission to Customer Service is required. Any submission that does not meet these guidelines will be denied.
To properly weigh a gram of powder using a digital or analytical scale, follow this precise method. Note: Reusing an empty jar—even one that previously held the same type of powder—will not be considered. You must scoop the powder out of the sealed jar it came in. A video submission of this process is required and must start with a completely sealed gram of powder.(The safety sticker needs to be intact and shown in the video.)
Step-by-Step Process to Weigh a Gram of Powder
Turn on the scale and let it calibrate: Allow the scale to stabilize and zero out. Use a certified calibration weight if needed.
Place a clean, empty container: Use a dry, clean, lightweight container (weigh boat or jar).
Tare the scale: Subtract the container’s weight so the scale reads 0.000 g.
Carefully add the powder: Add slowly with a scoop or spatula until near 1.000 g.
